We designed the Public Energy Performance (PEP) program to provide Public Agencies and schools, at no cost, energy efficiency services customized to their unique building needs, budget concerns, and savings goals.
PEP combines a traditional energy efficiency program with a holistic, whole facility approach. This no cost program will act as a single point of contact and will provide energy efficiency services, technical assistance, incentives, and On-Bill Financing to support your energy goals. PEP offers flexible incentive options with the traditional deemed, custom, and meter-based offerings along with our Strategic Energy Management (SEM) offering. SEM is our whole facility and campus approach that is an ongoing and continuous energy savings method, that extends and broadens the PEP program. SEM allows your organization to delve further into energy management and create lasting changes that serve your facilities ongoing energy savings and carbon reduction goals.
