Lydia was most recently the City Manager for the City of Lemon Grove. Lydia previously served as the Deputy City Manager for the City of San Marcos, the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of San Rafael, a Staff Analyst for the League of California Cities and an administrative analyst for the City of Duarte. Lydia holds a BA in Political Science from CSU Long Beach.
